Check it out on Instagram by searching #Gassongram.

Fun fact about Boston College:
Ashley - Only part of BC is actually in Boston.
Shannon - Boston College is not in Boston and it's a University.
Favorite Ice Cream Parlour and Flavor:
Ashley - White Mountain Creamery, moose tracks.
Shannon - It seems like everyone at BC loves White Mountain, and its close proximity to campus is both amazing and dangerous. The employees are really friendly, the environment is cool, and the ice cream selection is great. I love chocolate flavors, but I always get cookie monster. It has Oreos and cookie dough in it, and it's perfect to have after a long day of class and doing work. It's the best during the first few weeks of the semester when your dorm doesn't have A/C and it's still 90 degrees out.
Bakery and Favorite Sweet:
Shannon - I tend to stick to BC's on campus sweets, since they're some of the best things that BC Dining serves. I love the chocolate chip muffins and brownies.
Where to Grab a Coffee:
Ashley - Dunkin.
Shannon - The Chocolate Bar on campus has coffee that, to me, is comparable to places in my hometown that I use my "real" money on. They have great specialty drinks, I usually go for a latte or a chai tea latte, and they have awesome cookies and lots of things covered in chocolate. After a midterm or final in Stokes, I go there and treat myself to a huge coffee and a big M&M cookie.
Burger Joint and Fries:
Ashley - Eagle's Deli.
Ashley - Sweet Tomatoes.
Shannon - Pino's is super close to campus and they deliver to BC a ton. One of my professors ordered from there once during our long class, and they delivered right to our classroom.
Diner and Favorite Dish:
Ashley - Johnny's Luncheonette.
Shannon - Johnny's Luncheonette has all the delicious diner items and it's close to the Newton Campus, which makes that horrible bus ride home much better. It's a great place to take your parents when they come to visit, or your friends the morning after a long night out. I love the omelets, pancakes, and buffalo mac and cheese.
Sushi Spot and Your Go to Roll:
Ashley - Yamato.
Shannon - Yamato's is so close to campus and it's delicious. The key is to get the lunch special because it is a great value, and then you can just keep it in your fridge until dinner. I always love a spicy tuna roll.
Breakfast Spot with a Friend or Date:
Ashley - Johnny's Luncheonette.
Shannon - Sonsie on Newbury Street has a cool atmosphere for brunch-especially in the summer. It has huge glass doors that are open, so the street activity mixes with the restaurant. Plus, they give cinnamon rolls and blueberry muffins as a starter.
Things to do:
Where to go for Yoga, Exercise Classes, or the Gym:
Ashley - Soul Cycle.
Best Dive Bar:
Ashley - Mary Ann's Bar.
Shannon - Newtonville Books is adorable and has a great selection.
Where is your favorite spot on campus to hang:
Ashley - The Stokes Amphitheater.
Shannon - The quad by Lyons is the best when winter breaks and it's finally warm out.
Where to Stay:
Ashley - Most people will stay in Boston, but these hotels can book up. To avoid this I'd recommend staying at the Sheraton in Needham.
