The College of Saint Rose
The College of Saint Rose is a small private college with over 2,600 undergraduate students and 1,400 graduate students. Located in Albany New York, it was founded in 1920 by the Sisters of Saint Joseph of Carondelet. Their fourteen sports teams compete in the NCAA Division II conference and the school colors are black, white, and gold. The school also offers a bunch of fun co-ed intramurals like dodgeball and wiffleball.
Famous alumni include Jimmy Fallon - comedian and television host, Glen Barker - former baseball player (Houston Astros), Marilee Jones - author, and Coleen Murtagh Paratore - author.
Mackenzie, a graduate of the The College of Saint Rose, is from Clifton Park, New York. One quirky fact about Mackenzie..."I had my nose broken by an 18 pound dachshund!"
