The University of Edinburgh is a large public university located in Edinburgh, Scotland. There are over 23,300 undergraduate students and 13,100 graduate students enrolled at the university. It was founded back in 1582 and is the sixth oldest college in the English-speaking world. Edinburgh is ranked as one of the world’s best universities and is the second most popular university in all of Scotland, with over 60,000 applications received every year.
